I've really had a bad day today.

This customer shouted at me when i inform him that he has to pay $1 additional if he want to change his drink from ice tea to hot tea.
He shouted and say ''WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?!''
I was shocked.
Embarassed too.

Couldn't help it, I CRIED.

I've become more & more sensitive these days.
That happens a couple of months back.
I was wondering why.
I guess the reason is that there's so MANY things that happened to me this year.
Until i become like this.

Its difficult for me to trust people around me too.
